What’s the difference between the Professional Program and the Fellowship Program?
The Fellowship Program is designed for individual leading change-makers seeking to create change within their organization and is a year-long program with a curated community of about 25 individuals doing this work. You receive access to all Capital Institute, nRhythm, and With Life online courses, a monthly Fellowship community call, and access to our team to guide you on your journey. Fellows eventually complete the program and join the general With Life Community.
The Professional Program is designed specifically for consultants, facilitators, educators and coaches leading change within their client relationships. In this program, you receive one-year access to the Community of Professionals (a new community we are forming specifically for consultants) and similar to the Fellowship you receive access to all Capital Institute, nRhythm, and With Life online courses for 12-months. You can complete the core programming in just 3 months and receive a certificate of completion. In addition (how it’s different than the Fellowship) you receive curated training sessions specifically for professionals, mentorship from the experienced nRhythm team on consulting (with over 50 years of combined consulting expertise), the opportunity to demonstrate your consulting skills, and the option to become a service partner for our tools and offerings such as the Organizational Health Assessment (where you’ll benefit from expanding your toolkit as well as profit-sharing).
We recognize that the Fellowship does draw consultants, and many Fellows add on the Professional Program training to their continuing education in the With Life Approach at a discounted rate.
Is this an accreditation or certificate for this program?
Upon completion of the core components of the program, you will be prompted to complete a Self-Assessment. Upon successful completion of your self-assessment, you'll receive your Certificate of Completion, recognizing your commitment to regenerative organizational development and design. It is not a formal accreditation program.
Does my timezone matter?
The courses in this program are offered live from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM ET (New York City, GMT-4). If this time doesn't align with your time zone, you can still gain meaningful value by participating asynchronously. Many past participants have benefited from watching the session recordings and engaging with others in their time zones through our vibrant community. For larger groups, we’re happy to explore the possibility of organizing a session tailored to your time zone. Let us know if this would be of interest!
Will I get materials or tools that I can use with my clients or in my programs?
Yes! The program provides a variety of practical resources, including facilitation guides, frameworks, templates, PDFs, and tools. These materials are designed to support your work with clients or teams and can be easily adapted for workshops, planning sessions, and other professional applications.
Do you offer discounts or scholarships on this program?
Yes, we offer a limited number of scholarships to make this program more accessible to professionals in need. However, please note that we are unable to provide full financial aid at this time.
