We designed the With Life Collective to be accessible, not exclusive. While the full value of the membership is over $21,000, we believe that investing in yourself and your organization shouldn’t require an impossible financial barrier. By making this a community-driven experience, we can offer high-value programming at a fraction of the cost—so more people can learn and grow in the With Life Approach

How is the With Life Collective different from the Yearlong Fellowship Program?

The With Life Collective is an annual membership open to anyone at any time. It includes exclusive member gatherings, a With Life Learning Pass, and access to the global With Life Community network. Designed for practitioners, change-makers, leaders, and professionals, the Collective provides ongoing learning and connection opportunities.

The With Life Fellowship is a highly selective, application-based program that runs annually. Each year, we carefully select 25 leading change-makers committed to deepening their capacity to apply a living systems approach to designing, managing, and monitoring their organizations. Fellows receive everything included in the Collective, plus access to the nRhythm, Capital Institute, and With Life teams, a dedicated Fellowship Community, and special leadership and engagement opportunities. Applications open every October. Fellows are invited to join the With Life Collective after their year-long journey concludes.

Do you offer payment plans or scholarships?

Yes, we offer a monthly payment plan at $150/month. However, if you pay the one-time annual Collective membership fee, you save $300 and your membership comes out to $125/month. We do not offer scholarships for the Collective. If cost is a barrier, we invite you to join the free With Life Community or explore our many online course cohorts to get a taste of the Collective experience.

What is your refund or cancelation policy?

One-Time Payment:
When you pay in full for the Collective Annual Membership, you’re covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. This program was designed to be valuable and engaging — but if you enroll and find it’s not the right fit, just email us at hello[at]withlife.community within 30 days of your enrollment, and we’ll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Monthly Payment Plan:
Payments already made through the 12-month plan are non-refundable. However, you’re welcome to cancel your membership to avoid future charges. Simply reach out to us at hello[at]withlife.community to manage your membership.

I've already purchased a course, workshop or program, does that fee go towards my With Life Collective membership fee?

Yes! We offer discounts to the With Life Collective for anyone who has taken a course, workshop, or program of With Life. Please contact us at hello@withlife.community for more information.

Are travel or accommodations included in With Life Weekends?

No, travel, accommodations, and meals are not included. However, your membership covers the venue and workshop fees.

Is the Fellowship, Cultivator or Professional Program part of the Collective?

Yes! Fellows, Cultivator Teams, and Professionals have full access to the With Life Collective, including all member-only gatherings. Additionally, they benefit from dedicated breakout sessions and facilitated discussions tailored specifically for their programs during member-only events.
